Recipe of the Week - Emily's Freezer Pie

Emily's Freezer Pie
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 jar Fudge Topping
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
1 Graham Cracker Crusts
1 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 jar Caramel Topping
1-1/2 cup Cocoanut
1 tablespoon Butter
Beat the Cool Whip, cream cheese and Eagle Brand Milk. In skillet, toast butter, cocoanut and pecans. Layer cream cheese mixture in pie crusts with toasted cocoanut and drizzle caramel and fudge topping. Make 2 layers per crust and top with the cocoanut and toppings.

P.S. (My Cousin Emily Says As A joke of course, No Calories Here! She said that sounded wonderful!)
